The 12-week double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study showed the oral administration of ActivAMP® improved VO2 Max, increase in O2 pulse, decrease in RPE & fatigue, and increase in nitric oxide synthase. The results demonstrate that ActivAMP® can help support the resistance to exercise-induced physical and mental fatigue.
